Heart of the Matter Study Group - Gig Harbor Area, This Fall

Have you been wanting to take part in The Heart of the Matter study? Here's your chance!

One of our chapter members, Gail, is very excited to lead the Women of Vision "Heart of the Matter" study this fall. She led a Gig Harbor study group just before summer started, and reports it was a great experience. It was a chance to get into God's Word and to look specifically at what it says to us about poverty and justice. It also offered an opportunity to share how we can use what we learn in our community and beyond. A special and important part of the study is the chance to get to know other women who share a love of Christ and His compassion for the hurting of our world.

Exact details for dates/times are still being determined but here is the tentative plan:

Wednesday or Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:30

Will start on Nov. 3rd or 4th and run for 4 weeks

(Note: The last week is Thanksgiving week so the group will have to decide if we want to meet earlier that week or have our last meeting the week of Nov. 29th.)

Study guides will be available on the first night (the cost is $10.00). Also -- be sure to bring your Bible.
